Summary: AF Captain sighted flight of four discs north of Rosarito Beach. Objects had cavorting flight formation. Flying discs were observed. Four discs were observed by one experienced male military witness on the shore briefly (Donnelly, W).

Summary:  One wheel, about 1000 feet across, was observed in clear weather by two experienced male military witnesses in a warship (Bodler). Nautical UFO, unidentified submarine object. USN commander, others, see “light wheel” in water.

Cloud cigar. Radiated heat, caused vapor/steam.
