Summary: An electronics engineer was fishing when he heard a shrill, whirring sound and saw a round object, with a rotating light on top, land on the shore. The sound gradually stopped, an opening became visible, and two dwarfs with oversized heads came out with a hose and pumped water from the river. Later they appeared to play like children. Their bodies glowed with lights of changing colors. One ball was observed by one experienced male witness on a river for over 15 minutes. A whirring sound was heard. Two dwarves, each wearing a luminous suit, were seen.

The object was shaped like two bowls edge-to-edge, had a shining stripe of light around its center, three portholes, three legs for landing gear, and a central column. It also made a humming sound. Four three-foot tall entities in luminous green costumes emerged. Their uniforms had three dark vertical marks on the chest.
