Summary/Description: Valparaiso, Chile, on March 4, 1968, at 01:45 a.m. Ricardo Castillo Trujillo, a janitor, saw a long and very bright UFO, making a noise like an electric motor, land in an isolated section of the city.

Two occupants in aluminum colored uniforms, of pale skin, came out. The witness could not see any facial details. They spoke in strange, echo-like voices, asking about his myopic vision, promising that his condition would be cured. The witness said he did not understand them too good, and that he can see real good, even without glasses.

The humanoids promised to return for the witness. Nothing else seems to be known about this.
