Summary: While driving on Docham Shore Road (near Lake Winnipesaukee), Cathy Beisheim and her girlfriend, both teenagers at the time, saw a 6-foot luminous form cross the road directly ahead of them. It was completely white and moved from a heavily forested area on the right side of the road to the left. It moved relatively slowly but had no apparent legs; it did not seem to walk, but to glide. The girls saw it for only a brief period—a matter of seconds—as it crossed some distance ahead of them. The witnesses drawing shows a kind of “peanut” shaped form.

Summary: Mrs Maurice B. saw a red light go past her window and circle twice around the house. Looking out the back, she saw as if through a telescope a completely hairless man with shiny, translucent, gold colored skin. She perceived this message, telepathically, “We aren’t here to hurt you, just to observe and help.” Terrified, and feeling that he wanted to take her away, she hid in an upstairs closet until her husband came home, shortly after midnight; even in the closet, she felt “vibrations” from the entity for more than a half hour. After the experience, she was bothered for some time by headaches.

Summary: Two witnesses attending a nearby music festival had gone to a field and saw a very large saucer shaped object hovering over the ground. One moment they were standing on the field looking up at this object. The next thing they remember was being inside what looked like a surgical theatre on a bed or trolley unable to move or react being examined by unfamiliar beings that appeared to be carrying out what looked like medical procedures. Later the main witness found himself in another field feeling completely disoriented. Soon after the incident the witness developed an infested cyst on the back of his neck. The beings are not described.

Summary: A young lady who watched Mrs. Lorenzen on a TV interview program in Peoria, Illinois decided to attend the Midwest UFO Conference in that city the next day. Two weeks later her parents observed a strange light at their residence in Danvers, Illinois and she informed Mrs. Lorenzen of the incident by letter. Four members of the Aerial Phenomena Club of Central Illinois (which sponsored and hosted the UFO Conference) investigated for APRO. Mr. Dale Dufelmeier is a Field Investigator with APRO, as is Mr. Laird Carter. Mike Morey is a member of APRo and the fourth member of the team Richard Reynolds, is a member of APCCI. The four-man team is silently investigating other sightings referred to APRO in the central portion of Illinois. By 9:30 p.m. on the evening of July 1, 1970, Mr. F. had gone to bed. The bed stands against the window on the north wall of the bedroom. Mrs. F, came into the bedroom and noticed a light through the window and after looking at it for a few seconds called it to her husband’s attention and asked what it could be, He opened his eyes and took note of the fact that the light was bright enough to be visible on the bedroom walls, He first thought it v,/as a fire but there were only weeds in the area where the light $’as located, and they were green and would not burn. He then got out of bed and joined his wife at the window. The couple watched the light for about 30 seconds during which time it appeared to be approaching them through a dip in the trees. Mrs. F. though it was a light on a helicopter but it was much too large and made no sound. Mr. F, mentioned that the light seemed to enlarge as they watched and deduced that it was approaching the house. Mrs. F. felt the light was about one third of the dip in the trees (20 feet in diameter) while Mr. F. felt it was the size of between a dime and a nickel held at arm’s length (or 50 feet in diameter at that distance), Mr. F.’s impression was that the light was yellowish-white and Mrs. F. said it was reddish-orange. However, both agreed that it was much brighter than any car headlight at that distance, though not as bright nor the right color to be an arc light. As the light approached the house its edges took on the appearance of a star, with points. It did not pulsate. The couple differed in their opinion of how the thing left: Mrs. F. said that just before it disappeared,red it had the appearance of a car headlight turning to its left (he! right), while Mr. F. said he did not notice this but Just thought that it disappeared as lf being shut off Both agreed that the light was at the height of the top of the trees on either side of the dip in the woods, or about 50 feet above the ground. They also agreed that the light moved fairly slowly at all times. No obJect was seen behind the light although Mrs. F. mentioned something of a reddish glow or a short vapor trail. It was the conclusion of the investigators, after checking light sources in the area, that the Fs observed an unidentified flying object.

Summary: Sequoyah Trueblood was sitting by his pool at his townhouse in Laurel Maryland, watching the children swimming and his wife sitting next to him, when without knowing why, he got up went into the house, changed his clothes, packed a small bag, drove to the airport and took a plane to Oklahoma City. A friend then drove him to Norman. He felt a little strange and wanted to lie down. In a bedroom he was lying down relaxing when he saw a kind of vortex of swirling lights “like a rainbow” into which he was sucked. Sequoyah then found himself standing in a beautiful garden surrounded by hedges. He felt wide awake and in front of him he saw a silvery saucer shaped craft and a shimmering small silver looking being standing on steps that were coming down from the bottom of the craft. The being looked grayish and had a large baldhead with large eyes. The witness sensed that the being was “androgynous” neither male nor female. The being communicated telepathically and told the witness that he had been sent to take him because “they” wanted to talk to him. He agreed to go and walked up the steps with the being. Once inside the craft, Sequoyah heard no sound, but through a small window he saw the moon, the sun, and “millions of stars” instantly go by. Soon the craft was hovering over a beautiful white city in what the witness felt was another planet in another realm or universe. In an instant he was down on the ground. The people in the city appeared to be male and female, wore white robes, and were fair skinned, with “hair that was glowing like the color of sunlight.” The small being then took the witness down a street lined with beautiful white buildings not more than three stories in height to a clearing in the woods that seemed like a park. There were a number of people there, and a male said to him that if he would “pay attention”; he could see that people there were living in harmony without war or disease. The people also told him that they did not need foot, for the air they breathed was converted into whatever was needed to sustain life. A sort of leader figure told him that he had been brought to this place to show him the potential of the human race. Soon he asked to be returned and was taken into the craft and then through the vortex and found himself back in bed.

Summary: The witness was at a neighbor’s pool party and was with five other persons swimming in the pool when he decided to sit on the edge of the pool dangling his feet and talking. In the back of the yard between his house and the neighbor’s was a telephone pole. They were all facing that way and all saw the same thing when it happened. Suddenly out of the pole a figure shaped object that looked just like a man only it was huge and energy-like in appearance. It ran just like a man with its legs running quickly and with strides like humans. It ran from the pole and directly into the side of the house. At the very moment the figure ran into the house all the fuses blew. The witnesses ran into the house and told their parents, but these dismissed the encounter.

Summary: Andreas Van Looy was returning from a disco when he hailed an approaching cab. The driver turned out to be a peculiar man with a bronzed complexion and long blond hair, who invited him in. The man wore black shirt and pants. A long conversation ensued in which the stranger told Van Looy that his name was “Alexandre” and that he was indeed an extraterrestrial. The stranger then dropped him off at his home after promising a return visit.

Summary: Troops and police reportedly searched for a multi-legged dinosaur like creature, roaming the woods in the area. A local farmer, Antonio Samorani reported that a huge scaly creature had chased him at least 15 feet long. It walked on thick legs and its breath was searing hot. He ran for his life. Police found strange footprints in a glade.
