Summary/Description: I was sitting on a log in a wooded strip that divided a horse farm from a large field which was part of the Lawrence Estate. It was late morning and daylight. I felt someone looking at me and looked up. Standing only a few feet away was a very tall figure completely cloaked in black with a hood and no face visible. The figure was solid; not shadowlike or ghostlike. It was staring at me. For some reason I jumped up and ran toward it. In an instant the being was at the other end of the field about .2 miles away hovering just above the ground and looking at me over its shoulder. The stare was not hostile or friendly. A combination of cold curiosity and blankness.
