Summary/Description: Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 23, 1978, at 0118 a.m., the witness was driving her car through the downtown area and as she stopped at an intersection she saw a five-foot and a half tall man approaching her vehicle. The being was described as lacking a nose, hair, ears, and a mouth. He had slit like eyes, full-length gloves, and a black cape. The witness accelerated away as the traffic light changed.
