Summary: The witness, a teenager at the time, was walking to school when for some unknown reason looked up into the sky in front of her towards the east. There she saw an oval-shaped UFO above the tree line, traveling at a steady speed going from north to south towards Lake Ontario. It was following the street ahead of her, going north to south. The UFO was the color of tarnished silver and dented like a golf ball (but not as many dents). There were no lights or sound to it. The odd thing about this object was that there was a strip of black symbols on the mid front half portion on the facing side of it. She tried to read them but couldn’t because they were no actual letters.

Summary: Three young boys returning home from a game were walking through a wooded area when they saw a light shining through the trees. One of the boys walked towards the light, which appeared to grow larger and descend towards the ground.
The witness suddenly blacked out and woke up later when it was dark. Later the witness recalled seeing small humanoids with large heads and big black eyes running around the light. There appears to have been a long period of missing time.

The witness, Billy Doyle had set off for his customary walk over the golf links toward Beachy Head. He walked for about 90 minutes in the chilly air. It was pitchdark now and he began to make his way back toward the hotel. To do so involved a short cut, ducking under a wire fence protecting the golf links, but as he continued on his path something odd happened. Rolling mist or thick cloud came in from the sea and rapidly enveloped the area in such a way that visibility was reduced to a few feet. As the fields were unlit, everything was plunged into blackness. It had also become eerily still and silent. Knowing the dangers of the cliff-tops, Doyle stopped in his tracks and began to plan his next move. Suddenly a huge “star” appeared from out of the mist above the English Channel. He assumed it was a search and rescue helicopter. As the glow approached and settled on the ground ahead of him he noted that it had a remarkable violet/blue glow to it. The stunned witness also noticed that it was like a solid object like a mass of lights of the most wonderful colors. The lights moved about attracting the witness’s attention, especially the greens and reds. He could not see the exact shape, because the glow from these moving lights was very intense. Once the initial shock was over, Doyle noticed that he was getting physical sensations from the object. “My skin was tingling like it was charged or something and my hair was standing on end.” Suddenly a voice filled Billy Doyle’s head. “It spoke in an English you have never heard—clear, precise, not a trace of Irish about it. It was friendly, yet persuasive. It just probed into my head and made me believe it.” The words “Don’t be afraid” are the only words that the witness could precisely recall. It kept repeating them. As if in a trance Billy was lured toward the object. “I walked towards the lights because the voice made me. I kept repeating to myself— out loud in my head, I don’t know—it’s all right. I am safe. Then everything changed.” This change occurred instantly. He has no memory of a switch. One moment Billy was walking across the grass toward the lights in a daze, the next it had gone and there was a hard, solid surface beneath his feet. He did a quick double take and looked around. Somehow he was on a road and he was waking right up the middle of it. Everything was clear. The mist had gone. Billy quickly stepped off the highway and onto the pavement. After regaining his bearings he realized that it was already 0130A.

A family had recurring accounts of a hairy man-like creature near their home. They nicknamed the creature “The Cookie Monster”. They returned to the home late one evening and the creature grabbed their car and began to shake it violently from side to side. They later discovered that their dog had been nearly ripped in half by the creature. They took the unfortunate animal to the veterinarian but the dog later died.

On a clear evening a 10-year old girl was on her way home from church, it was already dark as she approached her house, she could see her front yard clearly illuminated by a light at the entrance to her home. As she reached the gate she saw a strange creature approaching her from the nearby orchard. Terrified but unable to yell out for her family the witness described the creature as about half a meter in height, oval in shaped with a dark skin complexion, extremely thin arms and legs, the legs only measured about 10cm. It had large dark eyes, and it appeared to be furry or hairy with what appeared to be two small horn-like protrusions on the top. Afraid she ran into her house and did not see the strange creature depart.

Mr. And Mrs Ed Miller had driven out into the countryside to look for a license plate that had fallen of the car earlier. Mrs Miller happened to look across a field and she noticed a black, partially erect figure running on two legs, it suddenly turned and came towards them. It then crouched down almost crawling. Frightened the Millers returned home and told three teenagers about the incident. The youths jumped into a car and raced out to the scene, where they observed the same creature and the same behavior. Others heard the creature make loud snarling and hissing sounds. It had huge fluorescent eyes and a hairy face.

Summary: A man named Ed Foley was driving between Phoenix and Tucson when he encountered a circular UFO and a robot like “figure or object” that emerged from it and hit him with a beam of light. At that point Foley experienced “an alteration of consciousness” as though he had left his physical body; he “mentally” entered the object, and was able to communicate telepathically with the beings on board. (Beings not described). The thrust of the information gleaned from these occupants was that they had needed to resort of “artificial replenishment” of an “essence of life” for their survival. These “juices” they obtained from the simpler forms of life as well as from living animals, excluding man. “They take blood and vital fluids from some glands of various animals…They are not concerned about the flesh and leave it intact,” avoiding humans as much as possible in their “harvesting” of fluid substances.”

Summary: The 7-year old witness was sleeping in his room when he heard footsteps. He looked at the bedroom door and saw two short gray figures staring at him, he yelled for his dad who came in, searched the room but found nothing. Apparently the humanoids came back and took the witness to a room with a table. There where three humanoids in the room. One looked like a doctor and was apparently in charge; he was a little taller than the other two who appeared to be assistants. The witness at this point was hysterical and began yelling for his dad, then a person resembling his father entered the room, and he calmed down. They rolled him to his side and apparently performed some kind of procedure behind his left ear. The witness believes it was an implant that was inserted there. The alien resembling his dad then told him not to touch the back of his ear until the morning. The witness soon found himself back in bed without any more recollections.

A ladder was extended to the ground and two humanoid figures emerged. One was tall, the other short, both had greenish brown scaly skin. The taller being who appeared to be the leader communicated via telepathy with the witness. She was allegedly given a stone and a ring by the beings and told many things that she could not reveal.

Summary: 50-year old construction worker Gilberto Coccioli suddenly awoke from a deep sleep, having heard some sounds coming from the entrance door to his house— sounds which, as he thought might have been caused by his very strong and sturdy dog, a bitch 45 cms in height, aged about nine months, which every night was in the habit of escaping from the house by jumping over the fence and then returning by the same route in the early hours of the morning. As he approached the front door however to open it, he was dazzled and completely blinded by an extremely intense “light” of which he was unable to determine whether it was coming from a “concentrated beam” or was of a more widespread and extensive nature. All he knew was that this light was most intense and that he was totally blinded by it. From that instant onwards, Coccioli who is big and robustly built, and thickset, used to heavy building construction jobs, and possessed of only a primary school education, but in normal mental health and having had no physical or mental disease completely lost all notion of time or place. Any thought or any idea of any action, or of anything else, melted away in his mind. Although he does not recall how or by what means or “by what kinds of intelligence,” he was conveyed to a sort of large room, which he calls a “Laboratory,” and which was all brightly lit up, with a huge central lamp that threw an indirect light, resembling a neon or fluorescent type of apparatus.
In this “laboratory” as he called it (he is unable to say whether it might have been the inside of an aerial craft of somewhere on this earth) he observed, fully conscious and quite sure of what he is seeing, several ‘intelligent beings’ which were moving about around him but which did not speak. (He had a mental feeling that he had no cause to be afraid). Their forms were completely human, but they were from 2.20 meters to 2.30 meters in height, with extremely long, slender profiles, the size of their waists being scarcely as much as 25-30cm. Their chins were wide and very long. All these ‘intelligent beings’ of whom he is unable to say how many there were, whether 5, or 10, all of the same height and all with the same features, were clad in a strange garb which seemed to him to be a sort of dark olive-green colored uniform. At once several of them made a start by extracting blood from the middle of the fourth finger on his left hand, by means of a device resembling a thick pencil with a point. It caused no pain. Then, after that, they took from his sperm, which they put carefully into a receptacle, as they had done with the blood. Inside the laboratory, which was constructed entirely of metal, he was able to observe various things which seemed to him to be “apparatus and instruments”, the names or purposes of which he could not say, but which he thought were for research. At that point he again lost all sense of time or place, and knew no more until he recovered consciousness and found himself in his home again, at 3:55am in other words 40 minutes after he had left there.
Subsequently, he began to notice a number of strange and important facts. For example the finger and the whole of his left hand as well, kept swelling up at irregular intervals. Twelve days later, he became aware of various slight pains in the bottom part of the nape of the neck, or the upper ‘cervical center’ of the spinal column, his “intuitive sensitivity” began to undergo an access of perceptivity hitherto unknown to him, and he began to possess knowledge—which he previously had not had—of the pure sciences such as Physics, Astronomy, and Philosophy, subjects of which he had been utterly ignorant in his former condition as a building construction laborer. After the experience, his dog began to suffer from long periods of semi-paralyzed immobility, lasting several days at a time, together with pitiful states in which it displayed symptoms of anxiety and fear.

The scene was so strange she dismounted from her bike and walked several minutes to keep them in view. She had the impression one figure was a head taller than the other. They walked close together, their shoulders touching.

Summary: Several area residents reported sighting a silvery, blimp-shaped object high in the sky over Knox County at midmorning today, but Vincennes and Knox County police said they had no clues to its identity. Knox County police were called shortly before 10 a.m. by a rural resident between Bicknell and Freelandville, who described the object as “shaped like a blimp” and hovering in the area near her home. Major Joseph Hess of the county police said he called another person in the same area, who confirmed the sighting. Meanwhile, city police received a telephone can from a woman who “followed the UFO from Bicknell to Vincennes.” No figures were available on apparent size, speed or height of the object, but all observers gave similar descriptions of its shape.

Summary: Airman First Class Steven Briggs and Airman Dennis Hillsgeck were instructed to check the tactical air navigational facility located eight miles east of McChord Air Force Base. Upon their arrival, they opened the locked fence surrounding the TACAN facility and entered the compound. Once inside, they opened the building and began to conduct a systems check of the equipment. At approximately 1400, Briggs heard a strange sound outside the building. To Briggs it sounded like a high pitch engine. He exited the building to investigate the sound. Once outside, he observed a saucer shaped object directly above the building. Briggs watched as the object landed just south of the compound. Startled, Briggs entered the building and summoned Hillsgeck. Once outside, both men observed two “creatures” walking towards the fence. Briggs returned to the building and telephoned the base security police. He yelled that they needed help at the TACAN site because “intruders” were attempting to enter the facility. Sgt Holmes at the security desk dispatched Sgt Dwight Reid and AIC Michael Tash to the scene. After 17 minutes they arrived at the site and observed Briggs and Hillsgeck standing near their government vehicle. Both appeared to be in a daze. Neither could speak. An ambulance was summoned. Hillsgeck appeared to have been burnt around the face. Tash walked around the area and found marks in the soft dirt. Suddenly Reid yelled to Tash that an object as directly over his head. A saucer shaped object was hovering just above the facility. Sgt Reid attempted to communicate to the security police desk, but the radio did not work. Reid and Tash then retrieved Briggs and Hillsgeck and drove from the scene. One mile from the site he was able to communicate with the security police, requesting assistance and declaring a “Covered Wagon” (a high security violation alert). Four additional security officers arrived, including Sgt Darren Alexander and his dog “Champ” Approximately 400 yards south of the site; Sgt Alexander was alerted by his dog to two creatures standing near a remote power station. Sgt Alexander yelled for the creatures to stand and raise their hands. Both creatures the moved towards Alexander, who noticed that one of the creatures was holding an object, which he thought was a weapon. Sgt Alexander then fired six rounds from his revolver. After firing the shots, Alexander returned to his vehicle and radioed that he had fired at the creatures. Soon a security alert team arrived. They conducted a search of the area and observed the saucer shaped object sitting on the ground, directly east of the power station. They circled the object and called for a supervisor, a Captain Henry Stone. As Stone walked toward the object, it flew off in an easterly direction and was out of sight in a few seconds.

Summary: Over this small lake near the mouth of the large Syrdarya Middle Asian River approximately 60 to 70 km southwest of Tashkent several witnesses observed a disc shaped hovering above the lake in apparent difficulty. One of the witnesses noticed the fall of figures or silhouettes apparently injured into the water. The disk then dived into the water and submerged into it. Some time after that local militia responded to the location to investigate and discovered the body of a being about 1.34 to 1.4m in height, with gray skin, in spite of its long stay in the water there was no sign of putrefaction. It had a prominent belly and rather heavy set. The extremities of the beings each had six fingers. In general appearance the being was similar to those shown in the famous or (infamous) Santilli alien autopsy film. The being had a large hairless head, with small ears, black eyes (it was established later that the eyes were covered by eyelids resembling contact lenses). The local KGB was informed and the KGB took the body to Tashkent where it was examined in topsecret conditions in a local crime laboratory. The experts were stunned to discover the obvious non-human origin of the being. During the autopsy it was established that the blood of the being was thick and black in color. The being wore a strange silvery tight-fitting outfit that was removed with great difficulty. After preliminary examination in Tashkent the body was taken in a special container by military transport airplane from the Tuzel Airbase to Moscow, where the body was hidden away by the KGB. Specially equipped divers could not find any signs of a wreck in the water nor additional bodies. But traces of what appeared to have been some kind of impact was found on several rocks in the lake. This alien body is now stored at the Solnechnogorsk military bunker north of Moscow amid the forests, together with the bodies from other Soviet/Russian UFO crashes.

Summary: Enrique Mercado (involved in other encounters) was lounging in the terrace of his house when suddenly a very tall young man appeared behind him. The man asked: “Enrique do you want to come with me?” Enrique agreed. The young man straddles Enrique as he grabs a girdle on the man’s coveralls. Then they fly through the air inside an apparent invisible beam and into a hovering saucer-shaped craft. Inside Mercado is surprised at the apparent simplicity of the craft’s furnishings. There is a table with multi-colored buttons, a screen on the wall and two armchairs. The saucer then flies into a hovering mothership, around which other saucers are hovering. Mercado is then given a green coverall to wear and he is introduced to the commander of the vessel, a huge man, over two meters in height, wearing a blue coverall. The commander’s name is Yastek and shows Mercado what he calls “sky charts”. He is told he is at a point about 100,000 km from Mexico City. Suddenly he finds himself in the balcony of his house, two hours have passed.
