Summary: Jose M, a worker at the new bridge project in the river was approaching the area in a small launch in the river when he noticed a glow on the water up ahead near the bridge site. As he approached he saw what appeared a glowing man like figure about 80 cm in height that seemed to be walking on the water. Terrified he turned the launch around and left the area at high speed. Others in the area have reported similar encounters.

Summary: Nick M was watching TV when he saw a flash of light in the window shining through the curtains. Jumping up to get a better look he saw this glowing red light on the hillside in the trees. From his back door he could see a ship sitting on the ground in the trees. Then the door of the craft opened and two Bigfoot like creatures came out and took some soil samples, and went back into the ship. It then shot up into the sky and vanished. After they left he check the area but found nothing.

Summary: On numerous occasions a local couple has seen a two to three foot long creature darting around their yard. It appears to be partially translucent and tapered at both ends while opaque in the middle. It moves quickly leaving no tracks, the couple’s dog apparently responds to it, and it seems to disappear into thin air. One evening it was seen entering the living room through the closed stereo cabinet doors, scampering silently across the floor to the other side of the room, and out a spot in the wall six to eight inches above the floor, within inches of the couple’s feet.

Summary: Francisco Carrasco, an employee for the Chilean Military was out in an isolated area inspecting radar and communications sites. He traveled in between islands onboard the launch “Elicura.” One night as he slept onboard the boat he suddenly noticed what appeared to be a dark cloud that was enveloping him from the feet up as he lay in bed. He felt either head or cold. The dark cloud almost completely enveloped him leaving only its hands hand head free. He could hardly turn his head to look around. Suddenly he found himself transported into a dark room domed room, encircled in a black wall. Looking up at the domed roof he could see distant stars. He noticed in front of him two strange semi transparent white cubic figures that were gyrating on their own axis. He could hear a steady buzzing sound in the background. He does not remember how long he was there but he suddenly found himself back in his bunk on the boat.

The witness woke up in a downstairs guest room accompanied by a young male humanoid wearing an oversized red plaid shirt, faded jeans, and black leathery boots. The witness was alert and in control as the humanoid asked several questions. While she spoke the witness noticed a silvery disc shaped object hovering outside. The humanoid suddenly embraced her and she became partially paralyzed. He then proceeded to have sexual intercourse with her on the floor. She felt faint and then passed out.

Summary: A husband and wife watched an object shaped like an upside down “ram’s horn” land besides a lake. The craft emitted a greenish fluorescent glow. A triangular opening became visible at the base of the craft and a small being floated out. The entity was described as three and ½ foot tall, human in appearance but without any hair on his head and wearing a green frock. The being stood in front of the craft for 15 minutes and communicated telepathically with the female witness. She was given some information as to the being’s origins and his base of operations.

Summary: On Upper Magnetic Mine Road, several witnesses including, Howard Schachter reported seeing unusual ground lights, such as purple flashes, red dots, and blurry white globes. Later a sudden warm wave drew four of the witnesses to a roadside spot by a wooded hillside. They then saw emerald green oval flashes near the small hilltop; they walked to a nearby tree after seeing a white blinking light over the road. Suddenly they all sensed a strong, but gentle presence in front of the tree, it appeared feminine in nature, it seemed to be about 3-feet high, elfin in nature. It was never fully three-dimensional; the being could be glimpsed in flashes and outlines of emerald green. The body appeared wispy; another observer said it resembled a hologram. Two others very briefly saw the figure’s head bobbing side to side, with large wrap around eyes. More witnesses came to the spot, feeling an infusion of an unknown energy, drawing them to the hill. One of those present attempted to communicate mentally with the figure, and told it to extend her right arm forward, apparently the being did just that. Soon it left the area. All six witnesses reported feeling various degrees of aftereffects.

Summary: The witnesses, twin boys, Dima and Vitaliy were watching football on TV in their flat. Suddenly they noticed a bright light behind the window. It was a yellow globe emanating a bright yellow light. After that, the globe seemed to dissolve and then a human-looking figure appeared inside the house. The picture from the TV vanished and total interference appeared. The figure was hovering in the air, not touching the floor. It was about 2 meters in height. No face was visible. No hair was visible on its head, which was directly connected to the torso without a neck. Slightly visible yellow spots could be seen where the eyes would have been. It had long arms that stretched below its knees and its legs were short. The whole body of the entity glowed a steady yellowish light. The alien made several moves towards the witnesses, as it walk, it gave the impression of someone walking on the floor, even though it still hovered in the air. Both boys were frightened and the left the room and turned the lights on. They banged on the wall trying to get the neighbor’s attention but these were not home. Vitaliy picked inside the room to see what the entity was doing. The figure was now standing examining their cat, holding it in its hands. The cast was meowing desperately, trying to escape. The figure turned his head and looked at the boys, both then ran and hid behind the bed. Next, the glow appeared in their parent’s room. Both boys were still hiding when the light soon vanished. But as they looked they noticed that the entity was still there, so they decided to run out the flat. When they ran down the hallway they entity was in the kitchen opening boxes, clattering tableware and dishes. They boys summoned other neighbors to help but upon returning to the flat, the entity was gone. The TV set was off, the plug pulled out from the socket and interestingly a small window was opened with all its metal handles missing from it.

Summary: Hi everybody! I’m not quite sure if I have to tell my personal experience in this forum…considering the majority of skeptics on UFOs. But I feel that there is a need to discuss this subject, because knowledge of what really happens in our universe could be essential in determining where we should be heading. First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I am a lawyer in the Philippines. I currently holds a public office as the City Legal Officer of ______________, you can check this out in our website. I am the head of the City’s Legal Department and had been a practicing lawyer for more than 11 years now. I had been a lawyer for many nongovernmental organizations. I am an experienced trial lawyer. As such, I know what “facts” means and what “evidence” can play as a way to convince people of the existence of a fact. When I was 16 years old (around March of 1987), about to graduate from high school, i was walking my dog around 8:00 PM. It was a bright night because it was almost full moon, with clear skies with some relatively fast moving cumulo-cirrus clouds (it was a bit windy). Our house was just 15 meters away from the seashore in ___________. I was used to stargazing, so I was looking intently at the stars as i walk my dog. I noticed some movement near the moon, i thought it was the cloud, but when i looked more intently, i noticed that it wasnt the cloud but a “star” moving very slowly. I first thought that it must be a night plane, but then the light wasnt blinking like most planes, so it suddenly occurred to me, “could this be something else”? Immediately upon blurting that out in my mind, the moving light suddenly moved so fast in at least three circular paths, counter-clockwise. Since I studied in a special science and math class since my elementary, I knew what the speed of light is, and i knew that that object was travelling at close to the speed of light (around 186,000 miles per sec). I was shocked, because even at my age then, i knew there’s no human aircraft that can travel at close to the speed of light. And after going in circles, it streaked the entire length of the sky in a semi-circle path. Two years after, I was again in the same place (we havent left yet our residence near the seashore). I was simply strolling and letting time pass by. It was past 8:00 PM, again, with the moon (more than half moon). The sky was again clear, with visible stars and clouds. As i continue to watch out for falling stars, as it has been my habit, I saw some movement of one “star” in the location of my first sighting two years before. I got so excited that it suddenly occurred to me this wasnt coincidence. This time, upon my noticing of its movement, the bright object with yellow star-like light moved in circular paths, this time clockwise, with the same speed as before, and crossed the sky with blinding speed. Four years later, i was already in my second year of law school in ___________, I returned home for a semestral vacation. We left already our old house near the sea and transferred to another rented house about a hundred meters away from our first hourse. Around 9 PM, i decided to walk at the boulevard near the shore. I feel some kind of anticipation that my experiences before would be repeated, and i was constantly excited of the thought that, “is it an alien spacecraft”? So every semestral break, I would go to the same spot hoping for another sighting. For a time, I got frustrated. But on that particular sem break of 1993 (around late October), it happened again. I saw that bright object moving, no longer in the same spot but still near, and as in noticed it, it again sped off in circles counterclockwise like the first time, with the same blinding speed. I thought, my God, can it read my mind, because everytime i see it and think if its a UFO, it kind of “reacts” to my thought and moves suddenly as if it was jolted by my thought. I told these experiences to my family, but they just looked at me, perplexed. But since they knew me to be very objective and reasonable since i was a kid, they never actually disbelieved me. The same was true with my my friends. I was a student leader at that time (president of various school organizations and had been the editor-in-chief of our college paper), so they saw no reason for me to tell something untrue. Since then, I would wait on the same spot whenever i had the opportunity, but i was never that lucky again. Until now, whenever i would visit my parents in _______________, I always try if i could still see it. i just keep telling my kid and my wife that someday, people, especially our political leaders, might be reasonable enough to take a serious look at these events as part of the circumstantial evidence of the existence of perhaps another life-form that has a much more advanced civilization. i dont know the answers, but Im testifying based on facts and my perso! nal know ledge of certain events where one can draw up some preliminary assumptions.

A senior forest service employee was in his backyard when he heard a noise. He turned to his right and a 5-foot tall hairy, upright, flat-faced creature standing still and staring at him. The witness ran and was able to see the creature running at very high speed through the brush towards the west. Prior to this incident there had been some other peculiar happenings around the witness home, including heavy footfalls and motion activated yard lights that switched on at all hours of the night.
