1967: May UFO & Alien Sightings
Date: May, No date, 1967
Location: Samoset, FL
Time: 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Summary: A couple saw a cigar-shaped object that resembled a plane about to land. It appeared to have lights inside and a red light on top (body lights), an estimated 4-5 feet from the body of the craft. The object was silent, hovering, and then accelerated and moved away at low altitude faster than an airplane.

Summary: A UFO was detected by radar in the vicinity of Ramstein UFSAF Air base in Germany. A couple of interceptors were immediately scrambled. The UFO was chased, but it escaped the fighters. Accidentally and quite unexpectedly for the alien crew, the alien craft was shot down by a surface to air missile from Ramstein AFB, somewhere between Manheim and Ramstein. Possibly the attention of the alien crew was distracted by the aircrafts and they did not react in time to the missile launch from the ground or had enough time to disable it. An explosion of an AA-class missile knocked the disk down. An American retrieval team quickly rushed to the scene from Ramstein and found the flat disk-shaped object, about 10 meters in diameter, resembling to flat plates joined together at the rim, the upper plate higher than the lower one. In the lower section the disk had a cylinder shaped central prop or pedestal-like section moving inside and outside the disk, with the encircling band beneath segmented squares. A crew of two aliens was found inside. Both were killed by the explosion and hard impact. They were tall, about 2 meters in height, of the “Nordic” blond type, with long red hair, slanted blue eyes, dressed in tight-fitting silver metallic suits. The disk was moved in top secret by sea to the USA, and then moved to the S4 base in Nevada at the Nellis range in 1970. The first disk of the very same type was recovered in 1958 in Vietnam; so, using pass experience a team of experts was successful in its examination of the engineering section of the disk. The disk from the Vietnam also contained two “Nordic” occupants on board. Both disk were witnessed and drawn by Derek Hennessy (a guard from US Navy Seal Team 6) at the S4 underground base, level 2 in 1987, bays 2 and 3. In February 1993, the disks were moved to a new underground base on the White Sands range, New Mexico, as well as the other disks from S4. These disks belonged to the planet “Troon” civilization, Tialubba star system.

Summary: A farmer was looking over the fields, when he saw an “artificial looking” lilac light. He went towards it, and about midway saw it was an unusual object. The light came from some ovoid windows in the dome of an object with a dark underside. Something seemed to be moving behind the windows. He was shaken by the sight and went home to bed. Next day he examined the site, where he found a substance, like strangely coloured, fine cotton wool. He could scarcely feel the substance in his hands. He placed a sample under a stone but it gradually vanished over a period of three days. The grass at the sight was pressed down, and the lowest wire on some nearby pylons had been pulled down and dragged 20m.

Summary: One man, five-foot-nine inches tall, with olive complexion and pointed face and long dark hair (too long for Air Force regulations or so the Butlers felt) arrived at the Butler household and identified himself as Air Force Major Richard French. Speaking perfect English and plainly well educated, he claimed that he was interested in CB (citizen’s band) radio and UFOs. He was dressed in a neat gray suit, white shirt and black tie and everything he owned appeared to be brand new. Even the soles of his shoes were un-scuffed and un-walked on. He drove a white Ford Mustang. “He said his stomach was bothering him,” said Mrs. Butler, who then told the air force officer that what he needed was some Jell-o. He said if it kept bothering him, he would come back for some. Major French returned to the Butler residence the next morning. His stomach was still bothering him, so Mrs. Butler slid a big bowl of Jell-o in front of him. Incredibly, according to Mrs. Butler, Major French picked up the bowl and attempted to drink it. She had to show him how to eat it with a spoon.

23 foreign legionnaires, including Mr Wolff, has started to eat in a clearing while on patrol when they observed the arrival and descend of an object with a metallic sheen, surrounded by an intense dazzling glow. The oval object descended with a falling leaf motion and made the ground shake when it landed. The men were paralysed. The thing then took off again and they found that they had recovered the use of their limbs, and looking at their watches saw that 2 hours, 45 minutes had passed, for which they had no memory. The thing was shaped like a vertical egg 2-2.5m tall and when it took off, slowly at first and then at high speed, multi-coloured flames emerged from openings on the bottom. At the site they found traces of a tripod landing gear, in the middle of which was a crater 3m deep, widening towards the bottom, in which were crystals like broken glass. The witnesses suffered from violent headaches in buzzing in the ears for two days after the incident.

Dennis Taylor (19), David Churchill and friends were walking home when they heard someone following them on an upper parallel path. Something about 2.4-2.7m tall rushed at them and then seemed to mimic their movements. They ran down onto the road to try and get a lift, but the headlights of a vehicle illuminated another of the creatures. The lads ran to a motel where they got a pickup truck and more friends. They returned to the scene and saw one of the creatures but it outpaced them. They returned on the following two nights. On that third night David fired at it with a shotgun. The thing fell down but got up again, tearing through a barbed wire fence, damaging the posts, in its escape. Tracks about 48cm long, 20-23cm wide were found at the site. The youths saw the things in the distance on subsequent occasions and noted an offensive smell.

A woman and a 16 year old girl were driving down Hw 76, when they observed a large greyish object sitting on the left lane of the highway. As they approached, the object was completely dark. It was egg shaped. About 5.5m long and 3=3.5m thick, straggling the whole left lane and covering 1m of the right lane and 1m of the shoulder. The girl became frightened and the driver pulled onto the right shoulder to pass the object. As they passed within 60cm of the thing, they saw a diffuse soft yellow circular light about 60 cm diameters shining through a sort of grill that extended down from the light to the lower edge. After passing the object, the witnesses looked back to see the end covering the highway was also illuminated by a yellow white glow. The woman later returned, with her husband, to the site, but no trace could be found. Several young men were found to have reported a similar object.

Summary: Nine witnesses returning from a hunting expedition were on a trailer being pulled by a tractor when they observed a very bright object in the sky, which at first they thought it was the moon. The object emitted an intense orange-reddish light and suddenly approached their position at high speed, appearing as a huge illuminated object. It then it briefly moved away but returned as one of the witnesses signaled at it with a flashlight. It hovered above the tractor, balancing itself back & forth like a pendulum. It was shaped like to plates put together and it had a crystal-like dome on top. Around its edge the witnesses could see several square window-like openings, from which a bluish light emanated. They also saw the figure of a man come out of one of the windows, and moved up to the dome, and then come back to the window and enter. Finally the object moved away, gaining altitude and disappearing at high speed.

Dennis continued his work until he completed it at 2045. He then drove towards the field where the thing was hovering and began to continue the journey on foot, but then thought better of it. He could hear no sound. He retreated to his tractor and watched the object for another 10-15 minutes, until it took off vertically and then moved off to the west. Dennis was so shaken that he was covered in sweat when he got home.

Summary: The witness had gone for a walk along a quiet forest area and as she walked down a hill and past a local monument, he saw a strange light besides the monument. It was a bluish light that then became a circle on the ground; no source of the light could be seen. Suddenly from out of the sides several small grayish figures moved into the light. The figures were very short and no arms or legs could be seen. They seem to float back and forth, at times going into the forest and returning. Several more figures now appeared and also entered the light. As the witness stood looking at the light and figures, one of the figures floated towards him apparently increasing in size significantly as it approached. The witness became frightened and quickly left the area.

A man and his wife were driving through Tabasco state when they saw a bright point of light in the sky. It descended to a spot about 150m from their car. The thing was cone shaped and gave off an intense, bright, orange-white light. The couple stopped and shut off the car lights. When the object came nearer, they put the lights back on again. The object stopped in mid air and its lights blinked on and off twice. The couple, now frightened, drove to the nearest town to report the incident. Several people accompanied them to the spot and found the object still there. When they turned their lights on and off the object approached. As several members of the crowd ran towards the object with weapons poised, the object ascended into the sky and was out of sight in a few seconds. Summary: At the Colorado Springs airport an object was picked up on radar. During this time a Braniff flight was coming in for a landing on runway 35. The track of the object behaved like a ghost echo, perhaps a ground return being reflected from the Braniff aircraft. The object blip appeared at about twice the range of the Braniff blip. When Braniff touched down, however, the situation changed radically. The UFO blip pulled to the right (east) and passed over the airport at an indicated height of about 200 ft. The object track passed within 1.5 miles of the control tower. The object was not visible even through binoculars by personnel in the control tower. This case was written up in the SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS, conducted by the University of Colorado, and it was stated there: This must remain as one of the most puzzling radar cases on record, and no conclusion is possible at this time. It seems inconceivable that an anomalous propagation echo would behave in the manner described, particularly with respect to the reported altitude changes, even if AP had been likely at the time. In view of the meteorological situation, it would seem that AP was rather unlikely. Besides, what is the probability that an AP return would appear only once, and at that time appear to execute a perfect practice ILS approach?

Summary: After an amateur astronomy club meeting, the witness, Benito Hamburgo Valenzuela returned to his home where there appeared a colossal man at least 9-feet tall, who pulled up a large piece of wood and sat down on it. The man had large blue eyes, red hair, and very large ears; he wore a tight fitting red coverall like garment with short sleeves, bracelets on both arms, and boots. On his chest was an insignia of white dots, and on his head a white cap that looked nickel-plated. From a wide belt hung a small box with a little antenna. He greeted Hamburgo in slightly accented Spanish, introducing himself as “Wirkle, Chief of the Guard,” and answered Benito’s questions, anticipating them before the witness actually phrased them. He said he was from a very distant “region” and that they were an advanced race, concerned over the misuse of atomic energy. When he left he refused to shake hands, explaining that contact with him would aggravate Benito’s cardiac condition.

Summary: The day after being instructed by a metallic sounding voice in her phone to go to the small local public library, Jane Paro did as was instructed. The library was deserted except for the librarian, who stuck Jane as being unusual. The woman was “dressed in an old fashioned suit like something out of the 1940’s with a long skirt, broad shoulders, and flat old looking shoes.” She had a dark complexion, with a fine bone structure, and very black eyes and hair. When Jane entered, the woman seemed to be expecting her and produced a book instantly form under the desk. Jane sat down at a table and began to riffle through the book, pausing on page 42. The metallic voice had told her to read that page. Suddenly the print became smaller and smaller, then larger and larger. It changed into a message about contact with earthlings. The print became very small again, and then the normal text reappeared. As soon as Jane left the library she became quite ill. In early June she began to see the “librarian” wherever she went. Unable to sleep one night, Jane gout up at the crack of dawn the following morning and went for a walk on an impulse. The dark skinned woman stepped out of an alley and approached her shyly. “Peter is coming,” she announced. Jane asked her a question and she repeated, “Peter is coming very soon.” Next a large black Cadillac came down the street and stopped next to them. It was brand new, very shiny, and polished. The driver was an olive skinned man wearing wraparound sunglasses and dressed in a neat gray suit, apparently of the same material as the woman’s clothes. The rear door opened and a man climbed out with a big grin on his face. He was about five-feet 8 inches tall, with dark skin and Oriental eyes. He had an air of someone very important and was dressed in a well-cut, expensive looking suit of the same gray material that was shiny like silk but was not silk. The stranger said his name was “Apol.”

PHILADELPHIA (PENNSYLVANIA : USA)
Mrs Ruth Smythe was driving about 9.5km out of Philadelphia, following a removal van, when she observed a disc shaped object, of dark dull grey gunmetal colour. It had a dark band around its centre, with what looked like unlit portholes, and a sort of pipe out of which came a thin stream of vapour. The thing was surmounted by a dome, which seemed to be rotating on a central axis, and a flat bottom. Ruth observed it at the height of three telephone poles for 3 minutes, after which it seemed to shudder and, emitting cherry red sparks from the pipe, shot straight up. As it emitted the sparks, Ruth developed a violent toothache. This faded a few minutes after the thing had gone.

PASSINS (ISERE : FRANCE)
A farmer and his family were returning to home in their car when, at a point some 1.5km from their house, they saw a sphere of orange fire, stationary, giving out a luminous trail. It was above one of their fields, near to their house. They rushed to the spot but it had gone. Two days later, walking in the same field, the farmer found his tobacco crop burned in rows running from North to South. Soon afterwards, in the neighbouring hamlet of Sermerieu cattle died of an unidentified illness and four circles of burnt grass, 50cm diameter, were found in their pasture. These holes gave off a powerful odour, like benzene.
