Appearance / Description of the Object(s): The craft was silver, metallic, as if molded from a single piece. Smoothly concave bottom toward center with two rectangular objects centered inside concave area each maybe 6 feet long. Light seemed to come through its skin. The pool lights were on but the light on craft was not a reflection from pool lights, this is why I say it was generated from the crafts skin. Two attached poles on leading edge (directional forward movement area of circular craft) window below the leading edge, no seams, no visible flight controls, circular with 8 plus darkened circular windows on top. no insignias. The tilted forward and downwards allowing us to see inside through frontal leading edge window now at our angle of view. We saw a wall but no occupants. We took the downward 45 degree tilt as a form of communication. After sighting

Size of Object(s): The equivalent to 1 and 1/2 story house when measured with our 2 story house. Was the width of pool plus 5- 10 feet.

Summary/Description: As I reached upwards on pole to grab and push downwards, I saw a circular craft with multi-color lights for a split second or three between my corner house and neighbors. Could not see it further more because neighbors house
blocked it. I stood on east end of pool (west to east) area on a raised 4 ft platform. The craft within a few seconds
had moved and was descending slowly over my pool on west to east approach. I stared at it for a few seconds realizing it was not a helicopter and made no noise. I ran from platform to rear entry sliding door to family room where my wife and kids were watching TV yelling to come out. My kids now adult remember my frantic screams. Only my wife came out. We both walked a few steps to east end of pool. We stood on decking, the craft, some 15-20 feet from us was floating over the pool. My wife and I were not scared but in absolute frozen side by side in amazement. My wife kept saying, “Oh my god” but without religious meaning. We are atheists.
After sighting the craft reversed itself, turned and moved away slowly. Ii jumped on a 6 ft wall to see it move toward a different direction. When I first saw it was moving east to west. After it left it went south east over mountains towards Los Angeles.
I told my wife not to discuss it, to try to dra what she saw and then we would talk about it. Now decades later it is like it happened tonight, unforgettable

The circular object, approximately the size of a 1.5-story house, featured a smoothly concave bottom and a leading-edge window that allowed the witnesses to see a wall inside as the craft tilted at a 45-degree angle. Classified as a CE-I, the encounter lasted over three minutes before the craft reversed direction and moved away toward the mountains south of Los Angeles.
